A user is one person who receives a signature. Deploy to 25 mailboxes and that's 25 users. Shared mailboxes and aliases reusing an existing person's signature aren't counted separately.
Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
No. Those integrations make deployment automatic, but Premium also includes CSV team import with per-person self-install links — so Sigly works with any email system, including standalone Outlook, Apple Mail and Thunderbird.
Read-only access to your directory — names, job titles, departments and phone numbers — so signatures can be personalised, plus permission to set the signature itself on Google Workspace. We never access the contents of your mailbox. See our Privacy Policy.
An optional Premium setting, off by default and toggled per signature. When on, the signature includes an invisible pixel that records when an email is opened — time, country and device — with stats kept for 3 months and then deleted (export any month as CSV or JSON to keep a longer history). We label opens honestly: Gmail and Apple route images through their own servers, so we mark those rather than guessing the reader's location, and security-scanner hits are excluded from your counts. Recipients aren't notified, so it's your responsibility to use it lawfully in your jurisdiction — details in our Privacy Policy.
Payments are handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Enterprise customers can be invoiced instead.
