What each plan includes, how to upgrade or cancel, and what happens to your signatures either way.
Sigly has a free plan for individuals and a paid plan for teams. Current prices are on the pricing page.
The free plan is a complete signature builder. What it doesn't include is rolling signatures out to other people.
For larger organisations, or where you need a contract, invoicing rather than card payment, or a security review. Get in touch and we'll work out what fits.
Go to Settings → Billing and click Upgrade. Payment is handled by Stripe on their own secure checkout โ Sigly never sees or stores your card details.
Your plan changes as soon as the payment clears, so the signature limit lifts and the integration pages unlock straight away. If they still look locked, reload the page.
Also under Settings → Billing. Cancelling doesn't cut you off immediately โ you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, and it simply doesn't renew after that.
Changed your mind before that date? A Resume subscription button appears while the cancellation is pending. Clicking it calls the whole thing off with no gap and no new charge.
Nothing is deleted. If your plan reverts to free โ whether you cancelled or a payment failed โ every signature you've built stays in your account exactly as it was, and you can still open and edit it.
What changes is what you can do next:
Upgrading again restores all of it โ you don't rebuild anything.
Only the account owner. Colleagues invited through user access can see which plan the account is on, because it governs what they're able to do, but they can't upgrade, cancel or change the payment method. That's deliberate โ the person paying stays in control of the payment.
If you're a team member, the Billing page shows whose account you're on so you know who to ask.
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment to the address on the subscription. To change the card, use Update payment method on the Billing page โ it opens Stripe's own secure form.
If a renewal fails, Stripe retries over the following days and emails you each time. The account stays on Premium during those retries, so a card that expired over a weekend won't knock your signatures out.
If you're an agency or IT provider managing signatures for several clients, Sigly has a reseller programme with prepaid credits and a WHMCS module, so you can provision accounts from your own billing system. Ask us for details.
