Everything in the Sigly dashboard: browsing templates, keeping a signature per department, and deciding who else can manage the account.
Signing in lands you on Dashboard → Overview. It answers the four questions worth asking at a glance:
Below that, Deployment shows each channel โ Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and CSV โ with when it last synced and how many of its people are assigned a signature. If anything is still unfinished, a short Finish setting up checklist appears and disappears again as you complete each step.
Dashboard → Templates shows every design with a full preview. Click Use this template to open it in the builder, or Preview to see the raw design in a new tab. Use the search box to filter by name.
Starting from a template doesn't lock you in โ every colour, font, field and link stays editable afterwards, so pick whichever is closest to the look you want.
Dashboard → My Signatures lists everything you've saved. The โฎ button on each card offers:
A duplicate counts as a new signature, so it's subject to the same plan limit as creating one from scratch.
Saving a signature doesn't put it on anyone's email by itself โ you assign it on whichever channel your people came from:
Whichever you use, each person's own name, title, department and phone numbers are merged into the design automatically, so one signature covers the whole organisation.
These sound similar and do different things:
Everyone you add under User access shares your signatures, integrations and plan. They see the same dashboard you do; only the account owner can invite or remove people, or change the subscription. User access is a paid feature.
Settings holds everything about the account rather than the signatures, and the pages are tabbed across the top so you can move between them without going back to the menu:
The free plan saves one signature. Premium removes the limit and unlocks team rollout, the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integrations, and user access for colleagues. If you hit the limit, the dashboard tells you which signature count you're at and links straight to Settings → Billing.
